Our dearest Friends and Family, we would love to offer you 50% off all bookings in 2026. Please see below the calendar availability and discounted rates.
In April and May, an even lower rate applies ahead of us completing a few final touches around the property.

Details to Note
The space is designed and set up for 2 adults. That said, for friends and family we’re happy to host up to 4 adults. There’s one Queen bed, plus either a double sofa bed or two guest beds. Just let us know who’s coming in your booking request.
Moinho Velho is usually listed as not suitable for children under 12, mainly because of the open staircase and direct access to the river. For friends and family, you’re very welcome to bring your children, with the understanding that they will need close supervision. We can provide extra beds and anything else that helps make your stay more comfortable.
Because we still have a few final finishing touches to complete, April and May offer a soft launch rate so you can experience the property, while we finish things like exterior paintwork, the fire pit which will soon be under construction, and the new front door still to be installed. Rest assured, there will be no works during your stay.
From June onwards, there will also be an above-ground outdoor pool.
Prices are set at 50% off the current public booking rate. Platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com can adjust prices based on demand and availability, and we don’t yet know if this is something we will use. The friends and family rate will remain as listed below until the end of the season.
Bookings will go live to the public at the end of May. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates. Stays are a minimum of two nights.
